Agency developments

A new staffing configuration was created, using three part-time employees, which assures that a Program staff person is always in the Read Moore Center during office hours; a coordinator was hired for the Tuesday evening Seven Lakes Tutoring site; the bookkeeper position returned to volunteer status; the Board decided to move the Read Moore Center to a two-suite office space in Ice House Square; by-laws were updated and the move to a new fiscal year was completed.
